Our Services
My Travel Code provides travel-related services including, where applicable, air ticketing, accommodation, corporate travel management, transportation, visa assistance, MICE and related travel support.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required details, availability and applicable payment or advance amount have been received and confirmation has been issued by My Travel Code or the relevant service provider.
Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel information and valid documents, including passports, visas, identification and other documents required for travel.
Third-Party Service Providers
Certain travel services are provided by airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa providers and other third parties. Their own terms, conditions, fare rules and cancellation policies may apply.
Prices and Payments
Prices may change based on availability, supplier pricing, taxes, exchange rates, government charges and other applicable fees. The final payable amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must verify passenger names, travel dates, destinations, documents and other booking details before final confirmation.
Service Changes
Travel schedules, fares, hotel availability and other arrangements may change due to supplier policies, operational reasons, government restrictions, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
My Travel Code will make reasonable efforts to coordinate travel services but will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including airline disruptions, cancellations, visa refusals, government restrictions, natural events or third-party failures.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction specified by the company.
